Trusting other people to take care of your baby/children

Greetings mylotters,Now a days a lot of busy parents don't have enough time already to do their other responsibilities to their children like sending them in school personally, to be with their the whole day because they have their job to do in order to support the needs of the family. So, parents just hired a "yaya" to do those things on behalf of them. For me trusting other people is really hard but I do believe in saying that " don't do unto others what you do not want to do unto you". If you want other people or yaya take good care enough of your children you should do or show good things to them, treat them as a member of the family as well coz definitely they will also return that good things to you. Do you believe that other people could take good care of your chilren?

Of course I do believed that other people or hiring a nanny is a practical way to have someone look our kids when we are not around.
Trusting other people needs a lot of confidence and must know the person personally if possible.

I know some people have to go to work and let someone else care for their children but personally I would not like that, in fact I feel sorry for anyone that has to do that, they are missing so much of their beautiful children growing up, time is so short and goes so quickly plus the fact other people could unbeknowingly be planting little seeds in the brains of these little children as a childs brain is like a sponge their learning at an early age is accute but as I said some people do not have choice and that is a shame.
