Indian money bookers(SKRILL) account

Dear friends, here is a problem when i am trying to link my debit card through money booker's account. I have created account yesterday and trying to link my debit card today. They have debited money from my card randomly from 1.01-2.99 US dollars and asking to enter that money now.
But the problem is they have debited in INR and asking its equivalent to US dollars. I have entered money randomly as per the details of conversion rates in internet but they were gone to wrong entries. I think it is better to enter as the conversions rates in booker. But i am not having money in my account so i cannot enter in currency converter section.
Hope you will tell a solution to this problem. They have debited exactly 119.37 INR. Thanks in advance.

i'm also created an account in skrill i make a deposit and recently i make a withdraw of amount1620 from skrill but i got 600+ and -700 they reply me for my query as it may be because of intermediary banks.
can any one tell me is there any alternative for that i have been using indian bank a/c and master card in my skrill account

Since you are from India, use can use paypal, which is very effective and good. So , there is no need to get into new processors.
