That is the second mechanic telling the new radiator is leaking

I totally convinced that the new installed radiator is leaking, and Merlin Auto care shop near my house simply denied their responsibility to repair it for me or give me a new radiator. Last time, I brought back my car and ask them about the leaking situation of the new radiator, their mechanics simply told me they found no leaking, and it was probably something else. They simply denied it and avoid to deal with me. Today, I brought my car for oil change at Precision Auto Tune care, their mechanics took a look at it, and told me that radiator definitely is leaking. The antifree liquid was surface around the edge of the radiator. Gosh, if I brought back my car and accuse them again, they probably will deny it once again. What should I do? I usually visit their shop for oil change, and other major repair, since this incident, I lost faith in them, and I even go to their corporate website and file a complaint against this store too.

Well, have the place you went for an il change take pictures for you, fix it, and then take the bill to the other place that denied you and have them pay the bill. And if they refuse, you can sue them for the amount of the bill and for a new free radiator.

I didn't have the radiator fixed, they just give me a heads up on that. They recommend me to go back and ask them for the fix. I don't if I go back there again, they will deny it the second time, which is useless. I went on their corporate website, and file a complaint already.

Well, thats good. Now you have a record of a complaint. Keep a copy for yourself just in case.

Oh that's bad that you have been given a radiator that's not working fine.I guess you can place a complaint so that they may respond to you and hope you get it replaced. If they don't then try to contact a consumer forum.
