PeopleString Opened over an year, anyone got paid?

As it with 5 level referral, and each referral a join bonus.
There must someone already earn more than 25 USD (the min. payout)
However, i just read lots of review on how to earn.
Not a single said they got paid.
Anyone get paid from it?
Anyone active in it can tell me more?

I have never been really active. At the opening, about 2 years ago, PeopleString was giving points daily to log in, check your messages, etc. These points were converted in money at the end of the month and they were paying. Actually the only way to be paid when you don't live in USA is to refer other members
