Is it so that the restrictions imposed on paypal by Reserve Bank of India have been lifted or are going to be lifted? I am saying so as I came to know from one of friends who is not a mylotter but has been working with some other sites for earning money online that he has received in his email inbox a notification of update from paypal and when he visited the said notification as per their instruction, he saw a list of countries where both receiving and sending of money accrued in paypal account is allowed and the name of India is included in that list. As for myself, I have not so far received any such notification from paypal But what's about it? Is it really so?

Did you mean this kind of list? https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside By the way, if I remember correctly, India was already on the "Send. Receive. Withdraw to a local bank account" list since I saw it few months ago. But, the restriction, obviously, was still there at that time.. And anyway, if they're going to change the rules, they should notify all members, with no exception..

Well, I wish the restrictions will be lifted soon, anyway.. But I think you should enjoy the withdrawal without no fees at all now. I was charged a fee of about $2 when trying to withdraw money to bank, and I ever heard that China members are charged $35.. So, yours is not really bad right?
