Recently some users of Facebook have been constantly inviting for "My Calendar- Birthday Facebook", I had a doubt about this that the user don't actually inviting me but the application does.
What will happen if I accept this application to run on my Facebook account? I am afraid that I will get a malware or anything nasty on my FB. Besides some of my accounts are use to register in some sites.

I have that app for at least a year or so, and I've gotten no malware from it at all. The application does NOT invite them, unless you have checked off their name. Then and only then, will it send an invite to the person you chose. Nothing will happen if you accept, or invite others...except that they and you will be reminded when it's somebody's birthday (from your invited list.) One good app that you can get on Facebook is Bitdefender Safego. (Type it into your FB search to come up with the page) What it does: it's a free app that once you 'like' it, will sit in the background and scan each and everything that you, or your friends, post on FB. Like pictures, jokes, youTube links, other links, etc. It really is a great app as it silently scans this stuff just to make sure you don't pickup any malware, etc. This past 2 weeks it found 2 infected items, and got rid of the infection for me and I didn't have to do anything but let it run in the background for me.

I receive my first invitation to that app yesterday but I didn't accepted because I was not sure about that, I don't believe a lot on those new things, but now for the response of the friend the first answer,I feel more secure about that,I think I will accept it.
