How important is your teeth..

Hi guys! Your teeth is one of the parts in your body where your DNA will really last. If a person's face or body cannot be identified in a crime scene they usually identify it through the teeth. If your teeth has a lot of cavities , you can have a bad breath and that can really ruin everything. Once your an adult, if you lose a teeth it will never grow again. That is why caring for the teeth should be establish from childhood. A regular visit with your dentist is also ideal. When my dentist was on a US trip fro a year, I never visited another dentist from that time. Just recently when I consulted at friend of mine she told me that I have a local gingivitis and recommended some regimen for it. woow, that was really bad. Good, that know the inflammation has subsided by using mouthwash and removing the plaque that might harbor bacterial growth causing the inflammation. I care fro my teeth by brushing it 2-3 time s a day and flossing after meal, using a mouthwash every other day . Since my dentist is back, thank God, I will really make sure to have a regular checkup with her and have another dentist who will check my teeth is she will be gone again. It is very difficult to trust the health of your teeth to somebody you don't know. Lets take care of our teeth!!:)) I hope my teeth will really live long so that I will not have to experience wearing false teeth. :))
