There really isn't a clear number of hours which every individual needs, it's more on an individual basis. If you feel sleep deprived, then six hours probably isn't enough for you. Maybe it's time to have your son make his own breakfast? I don't get nearly as much sleep as I want to. Right now I'm running on about 5, but I think I function best when I get around 8 or 9 consistently. The majority of the time, I think I do get 8 to 9 hours, but what with school and projects I sometimes miss out.

i think my sleep is enough, my body somehow knows if it lacks sleep. it would most probably be begging me for a sleep and it would even close my eyes unwillingly and it would make me feel like i can't move or my body is weak.

Dear one, You need to know a few days ago I opened a discussion relating to sleep. I am honest, I sleep well. More or less 9 hours per night, but not give up 1 hour and half nap after lunch. Of course you have to know that I unfortunately did not work, so that in the morning I can take all things quietly, without haste. When I get up it takes at least 20-30 minutes before it begins to "carburize" and take off the fatigue that I have.
