Its exactly a year that has passed since I purchased my Kodak EasyShare C142 Digital Camera and I can already feel that its surrendering after its one year service to me. I've been using it almost everyday this year 2011 for my blogs and websites and I am very satisfied of it, even though I don't take a photo like a PRO. I can feel that it wants to rest already. The flash doesn't work properly now though, it worked well sometimes. I'm thinking of buying a new one next year (for blogging purposes) again. My camera now deserves a rest and I'm also thinking I will make a room for my things to get displayed. For me, my old things are still beautiful. I kinda like vintage stuffs, ya know! So, what of your things you think needs a rest already?

my lady, I guess your camera is lucky that you are giving it an early retirement (hehehe) I wish to make my mobile retire too- it's almost 4 years already. Maybe the longest phone that I kept. No- I am not losing my phones or damaging any. But-I have the habit of changing it with latest model. However, this mobile phone is soooo...yes, soooo good and my friends love it, yes...they love the photos taken by this phone...hahahaa. They always come out like photoshop result

My camera is really great. It served me well for 4 years already. But now I kinda feel it wanted to retire too... sometimes it turns off on it own and displaying a message that it needs a battery that is compatible with it. I am not sure whether it's just a battery problem only or not. It usually happen when I removed the battery to charge it and when I put it back it will display that message. But thank goodness it doesn't appear lately. I hope it will still be useful for another 4 years It's Sony Cybershot DSC-W55. and I still love it 'though it looks a little outdated now because a lot of slim types are out in the market.

Sony Cybershots are the best! Though, I can only afford Kodak EasyShare C142. But, this camera has been very useful to me and in my blogging career. It deserves a rest! Its not yet defective, but sometimes I turns off on its own too.

Who knows later when you saved enough money you can buy a Sony Cybershot. The last time I checked in the mall it cost about 12K. But if you have someone to buy for you in another country, it might cost lesser. I guess that's the problem with cameras when they want to take rest. But maybe you can have it checked. Or buy a new battery?

Electronics are often a nuisance. Sometimes you can get a really good product, no matter the name brand, but other times you can get a complete dud! My list of needs this year include a new vehicle. I'd really like to move out of the 90's and get some made in the 2000's. We'll see what the new year brings.
