How to say NO politely

            I'm constantly being asked for money by friends and some by acquaintances. it's not an outrageous sum either, but it's like P500 - P2000 then some other person comes and asks me for another P500 or P1000. I bust my *** for my money, and I don't want to lend even a hundred out anymore. How would you politely refuse this?

                    there is no way one can accept NO politely, therefore no point finding a way saying NO politely.. for me, I will just say NO.. not giving any reason or any excuse.. just tell them I have none.. if a friend who want to take a loan and was refuse and will get angry on this, I think it's time to let this friend go..
