Facebook: a tool for the CIA

There's been rumours all over the web that the CIA talked to the creator of Facebook or bought him for information, there's even the idea that they created it to test and bang, people willingly gave out the information because we all have egos and want to talk about ourselves so now they check our information and we give them freely... Rumours... Do you believe that is true?

Hi katie: I wouldn't feel surprised if this would be truth. Actually, one of the things I don't like about the most popular social network is that there are privacy issues right there. Werther is a myth or not people has started critizing Facebook because they don't care too much about their users private information. ALVARO

Hi Alvaro When I heard this theory I was intrigued, actually it's talked about as a fact in many places but you know, we must always suspect. I even suspect official news. I feel like tv brainwashes for us to become like others and better consumers, so I don't watch it so...this could be or not, the truth. Anyways, I don't share much :D

Well, if they do that, in the end it only help us right? For most of us may have nothing to hide, and the ones that do, are the ones who they should be searching for, making it easier for the law and everything :D

Let's just hope With this conspiration another one might rise wich is about they trying to control the population and information is power so if they know all about people they can control them well.

It could be true, but don't want it to be.. because it would mean that they have the details of almost 40% of the whole lot in the world.

That's true! Not everyone are that open to for example put where they are or what they are up to all the time. I hear even in MyLot people that are not big Facebook fans.
