I know this sounds crazy but I across winter, I have this heavy hearted, lonely feeling engulfing me. I, somehow tend to like it. Am I crazy? I cannot explain what it is like, but when such a feeling comes up, it says all the bad things that have happened like not finding love, not being successful etc. I justify them, and the state that I'm in right now to myself.
It sort of explains the loser that I am. I am optimistic that this time will pass but I sort of have started the feeling of being alone, no one to look after me (I have my parents and my family), and no one for me to look after. It takes off the burden. I know I am blabbering but please try to make some sense of it and respond.

Hello! Winter depression, I think it has to do with the winter climate relevant. The cold weather in winter, the weather gloomy, the person's mood is very vulnerable to weather the influence of the environment. I think this is one of the normal emotional response. However, I suggest, or more than go out for a walk, with friends contact interaction. Or go in for sports.
Happy every day!
