There are different ways of dreaming, not all foresaying, some just thoughts of the day/weeks/sorrows/problems we don't like to face (or are too busy for) at day time.
But it all has to do with us, because it's all a part of our brains/thoughts.

It is true of you opinion. But we can found our sould from our dreams every night. I do it and I found me than I am smiling. hem,,,
