Does music helps you express your feelings better?

Music is what feelings sound like. - Music is what feelings sound like. Can music help people express their emotions?

I have noticed that music that I like listening to, often changes with my mood. There is a song for every situation in life and listening to music can generate different emotions. For example when I am in love, I listen to love songs and I become emotional, when I am sad I might cry just by listening to sad songs or to songs that I can be related to. Do you ever feel related to some songs? Can music help us express our feelings and bring them out easier?

I do believe this friend because when ever i fell sad i want to listen good music to change my mood and also sometimes i will listen sad songs itself to cry and refresh myself.Whenever i am happy i will listen some fast beat songs and dance and feel good.Music really helps to change our moods.

I have heard that the songs that are written for experience and describe feelings or situations are the most successful ones because people get related to them and they connect the lyrics to their own experiences.

Music is the way to express emotion. I listen to anykind of music when i felt doing household work. If i am angry and feel bad i listen to pop music. Listening to a love song awaken the the sad or happy times together depending on the kind of music. I use to listen techno dance genre sometimes if i want to forget something and feel relax.

You bet! I have also found out that there is a song for every situation. And I mean even with the words you want to hear or that describe your feelings at the moment exactly. Could you not relate to this song for instance? Uriah Heep - Come back to me. Listen to it.

Yes,music is directly connected with our emotions,no matter what kind. When listening different kinds of music in different styles, the first impression we get about the music is the emotions it contains. And the wid variety styles of music enables us to experience the different emotions of humans. For most people, music has a strong effect on their mind, and would set their feelings as what the music itself conveys. Some of Mozat's music is even said to cure illness and improve one's working efficiency!Music is part of my life and I always regard music as a way to express my own feelings.
