Why facebook reject my name?

I don't understand why facebook rejects some 'Real Names' that are used to make a facebook account. I know there're many people whose names are strange and unfamiliar for a name. It's possible to have a name like a word in any language right? so, how can facebook reject them? It's unfair because they have to change their real name to make a facebook account...

Some of my friend experience this kind of things, it clearly describes that Facebook is into business, The number one reason why Facebook should reject your name is when, your name is the same with a business trademark or a name same as use in business, instead of accepting your registration they will instead ask you to make a Facebook page.

I had a problem trying to start a discussion once here. The discussion was about a deceased American science fiction author who is having many of his stories made into movies lately. He wrote stories or books used for the basis of Blade Runner, A Scanner Darkly, The Minority Report, and Total Recall. My discussion was rejecyed because the author's last name was a short form of the name Richard which is also slang for a male body part. To me that kind of censorship is overly protective.

I haven't encountered such. Maybe if its a name that contains obscene word then that might be the reason.
