When you see this movie you find it's a bit unconventional with all its weird graphics and fictional characters exaggerated from a real story. but it does teach some good lessons and does give you an action pact feeling its a complete entertainer and teaches you only thing you want to have in your life HHHHHHOPE.

Yes you are correct the visual effects in this movie is just world class. The computer graphics is everything in this movie and they are just so awesome that you cannot take your eyes off the screen Also the script is brilliant. The editing is very good. The movie feels like it got finished within a minute. They have really made a great movie. They have chosen their actors very cautiously and I must they have made a great choice. The style of this movie is just awesome and I must say the graphics in this movie is the benchmark for all the future movies.

Hi abhi285 I am a huge fan of 300 and really love this movie. First and foremost I enjoyed watching the film thoroughly. Since I am an action buff this movie with its slow motion fights was right up my alley and I still like to watch certain scenes from the movie again and again.
But since now you mentioned it now this film does teach us a lot of lessons. Hope as you mentioned is one. Being fearless in spite of any obstacles is another lesson that we can take and apply to our lives. The never give up attitude of the spartans is another that every single person should have. Well these are the 2 from the top of my head I am sure there are more and I thank you for bringing this interesting discussion up.
