I think racism is one of the worst epidemic that has ever caught mankind. A man judging another on the basis of his color can never be justified. Million of people's lament and sacrifice can never be ignored and never should be. In this fight against racism the most popular name would be Denzel Washington and this movie is one of his evergreen. i also liked another of his movie THE GREAT DEBATERS. This movie describes mankind's one of the dark ages and how few men turned the table around and showed the world what is human value and relationship. JUST BEAUTIFUL!!

I thoughly enjoyed this film, not only do you have the school children learning to respect each other, you also have them then passing this information on to their families, this would make a good film, but then you add the realisation that it is based on true events it truly becomes great. If you liked this one you might want to check out "Freedom Writers" from 2007 another true story and a different approach to fighting the multi racial unrest (film is based in 1990s, so a bit more up to date than the titans).

When I think of the fight against racism I immediately think of Martin Luther King Jr. My Mom used to tell me about him when I was a little girl. About what a great man he was & how he just wanted equality for all. She believed as do I that black people would not have come this far if not for the men that fought for it such as Martin Luther King Jr. Too bad there wasn't more men like him today.
