I work a full time job and a 2nd part time job. I just received a bonus check for Christmas from my part time job and a turkey! It sure helps me with the holidays!!! My full time job doesnt do anything. My boss gets me a gift and I get her one.
Do you still get a Christmas bonus? What does your company do for the holidays?

I kind of feel that way about my full time job too. Times are tough and many are without jobs.

my husband is also a teacher, but has the option to be paid every two weeks, where as I get paid on the 10 and 25th of each month. One of his extra paychecks will be the Friday after Christmas. That is kind of like a Christmas Bonus. Only, we use it every year to pay our car insurance and pay down on the mortgage.

In our company,we don't have bonus just 13th month pay that we already received last month, around last week of the month.I already spent in buying some gifts for my family and love ones. Some are for tuition of my brother who will graduate next year in college.

That is awesome! I would take that over the small bonus I received!

That was nice of you to not accept it. Was it directly from him? Mine was a thank you from all the residents. It's a retirement community. They divide the donations up by the number of hours worked during the year. They had a big party too with a live band and food. It is nice to be remembered.
