What do you think of Pierre Gauthier firing Jacques Martin ?

As you probably know if you follow hockey, Pierre Gauthier, Hab's GM, decided to fire his head coach this morning. What do you think of this move ? I thinks it's about time because he was always taking bad decisions and the team wasn't going well. He was not putting the right guys on the ice at the right time and he blamed the young players of the team for losing thursday.
