I really love sports...It may sound strange because I am an over 50 year old woman who loves sports but I do...I like basketball football and love me some yankees... I do find myself cursing them out every now and then but if you are a real fan you have to take the losses with the wins... But I already know that I will be doing during the day one Christmas day...and there will be 3 different games on that day...Yeah Yeah Yeah...

I love sports as well. Football and baseball are tied for first and basketball is second. All other sports have my interest in hearing about them on sportscenter, but not watching them. As for the NBA, a shorter season might be the best thing to happen to the league. Guys will have take each game a little more serious. By game 30, you could be out of the playoffs this year. I love the Heat and LeBron, the Clippers with Paul and Griffin and my Pacers. Heat versus the Clippers would be a sweet final! Anything without the Lakers and the Celtics and I will be happy.

hello there.I am a huge Miami heat fan too. the Clippers is also one of my favorites this season because of the addition of CP3.Blake and de Andre Jordan will surely get the lobs as CP3 throws the ball up. Sorry if i will say that i love the Celtics too.i just love the intensity of the original Big 3.sad that they are now at the end of their careers.

hi jbrowning I am big fan of celtics too that's because I am really big fan of KG but even though I like the team and still hoping they can compete for the championship I can see that it is more unlikely to happen because the big 3 are not as good as they were before anymore and Miami will be hungrier this time after what happened in last season's finals. CLippers vs Miami will be a very exciting matchup

The Celtics Big Three inspired LeBron and D Wade to create their Big Three. That I give credit to the Celtics. CP3 and Griffin and tearin along with Jordan, Billups and a decent supporting cast should make for some interest.

I can relate totally to your post. I'm ready for basketball season to begin also. As a matter of fact I'm participating in a fantasy basketball draft in a little bit. But yes bring on the NBA season.

hello my friend. i wonder what your fantasy NBA line up looks like.i go for D-Rose as the point guard then D-Wade on the 2 spot.kobe will play the number 3 spot while lebron will play the 4 spot.KG will be handling the center spot. i am really excited for the NBA season to start.

What's up guys? To answer your question rencarl, my fantasy lineup is average. I actually ended up missing the draft, so I didn't get to choose my players. I ended up with a lot of guards and not enough big men. I just done a trade that I now regret doing. I traded Monta Ellis and Serge Ibaka for Tyson Chander, Devin Harris, and Chris Kaman. I needed a big man for blocks and rebounds though. I have Dwayne Wade on my team also. Like I mentioned my team is average, so I'll see what happens. ' That's great that you are playing in three leagues phillyguy. I'm only doing one, and it's a free league. CP3 is going to be a big asset for the Clippers this season. I see him getting a lot more assists having Blake Griffin to lob the ball up to. I've never won in a fantasy basketball league before, but I've placed second in the past. Good luck to both of you guys, and like you both I'm glad the NBA is back.

hi prospectboy and rencarl I have 3 fantasy teams in 3 leagues 1 for fun and 2 with pot money I have cp3 in two of my teams (and some other good players) and because of that I think I'm on my way on winning again for the 4th time but hopefully this time I will win the first place, I always settle on 2nd or 3rd place

indeed, what a time to start the NBA season. the lockout may have disappointed us for a while but the NBA administration did a good job by giving us basketball fans a good christmas treat.i am a huge Miami Heat fan and I hope they can avenge their disappointing loss to the Mavs this time. the Mavs are still a great team despite the loss of Tyson Chandler in the center position.

Hi,there. When I talk about sports ,a lot of people look at me like I am a monster .They can't understand why a girl is so interested in sports. I am a big fan of cp3.This season he comes to Los Angles Clippers.I am so excited to see his shows.Just like what you said, there are 3 wonderful games on Christmas day including Clippers vs warrior. But what a pity, the damn jet lag makes me can't watch the game on live.It is the 26th of December am here and I have to go to work.I am really crazy for it now.

hello my friend. i am also a fan of the CP3 though i am a huge Heat fan. now that CP3 is in the clippers, de andre jordan and blake griffin will party like a rockstar when CP3 lobs the ball to these two guys for a dunk.the addition of CP3 to the clippers makes the clippers an instant playoff contender this season. i hope injuries will not sideline CP3.

I believe Clippers would be the hottest team this year being teamed up with each other, cp3 and blake griffin's life will become much easier. They will definitely enjoy playing with each other because I believe their basketball assets/skills complement each other. And the supporting cast is also great, deAndre Jordan will benefit a lot from CP3 playmaking style and Mo Williams is so much better when he plays off the ball.

I have been watching basketball ever since I was in diapers and the lockout was just awful for every single fan. Ironically in 99(the last lockout) my favorite team, the NY Knicks happened to win the Eastern Conference, so maybe lockouts are a good thing for Knicks fans lol. I cant wait for Christmas Day, but I got to follow my Buffalo Bills take on Tim Tebow and the Broncos and the Giants/Jets game is one game i cannot miss. Its safe to say that ill be glued to the television on Christmas between all the NFL and NBA action. Basketball is back baby!!!

hello there.it is indeed relatively rare to see people at your age to have a real passion in sports. usually teenagers and middle aged adults are the age groups that can relate so much about sports. i am 24 years old and i wish my elders love basketball too.
