Exchange Webmoney to Paypal

I have earned some money ( 1 $) on kolotibablo . They pay through webmoney but I want to transfer money to paypal or to my indian bank account. I have tried some exchangers but they are demanding a big amount to exchange. Please help me to cashout money from webmoney.

You cannot transfer $1 to your paypal account. You need some more money. They even take their commission out of it. Which is like $5 - $20. If you want your money in your bank account then add your bank account directly to webmoney and webmoney will send your funds to your bank.

I tried to add my bank account to webomey but it didn't work. Webmoney has the option to transfer the money to bank account but the currency is different from mine.
