I have had my sad days. :( I try to take my mind off of it and maybe get busy doing something I like to do. I also take herbs & supplements to help fend off the blues.

Yeah, I am a little bit sad today, actually. Knowing that a good friend is really down and not hearing from him makes me sad. :(
