How can I make extra crispy crunchy fried chicken?

I never eat the skin on fried chicken... except... when it is super extra crunchy crispy with so much thick crunch you just wanna eat the crunch! I've only had it a few times in my life at little restaurants here and there. Please someone tell me how I can make extra crispy crunchy chicken so good that I would eat the skin.

The only thing i can suggest with your fried chicken is that you need your oil to be in the proper temperature(heated up properly) second find a really good recipe in the net =) there are a lot so have fun choosing the one that gives the crispy fried chicken result.
