I tried to join at Postloop and I had to make at least 10 postings. After 10 postings were made, postloop team reviewed my posting. The evaluation result was that my writing was too poor for postloop. In other words, my postings were not made in exellent English Grammar. Have you ever experienced this? To me, it is strange because I noticed other users' English skill is just so so.

I am a member of Postloop and I didn't experience any problems in joining the site. The thing is, you need to have a good amount of knowledge about the topic being discussed.
For example, if rock bands are being discussed, a post like 'I love Rock songs and it is the best' won't get you anywhere, whereas a post like 'I started listening to rock music about 3 years ago and the first band I listened to was MegaDeth' will possibly get you through. I hope you get the point.
If you need any help, hit me up.

I have never heard about postloop but I had a good experience in freelance writing, and that can be the reason i am here on mylot. Leave shose sites who take time in reviewing your posting, you work a lot there but you get the same responses as poor writing and all that.
