I have been paid many times by Toluna. They are a reliable site. I also have a voucher pending at the moment but their FAQs say that it may take up to 8 weeks. I fully expect to receive it eventually.

It depends whether you ordered an e-voucher or not. Only you know what you ordered and for which store!

Thanks for the response, i am relieved now . So i have to wait for about 2 months to get the voucher. Pls let me know they send it by e-mail or through post or we can directly go to on line shopping site and use it.

Hello indi15, do not worry about Toluna, I have been their shopping vouchers 3-4 times, so they are genuine people. The only thing is they take about 4-5 weeks to process your request, but they do pay every time. If you have put in your request last week, log in to your account and see if you have received the vouchers after 2 weeks. Have a nice day!

You are welcome indi15. You only need to keep your profile updated as and when required and be always honest in your responses. To gain more points via surveys, make sure you keep your profile updated and be always honest in your responses to the surveys. There are also a number of activities like creating and participating in polls, giving your opinions on various issues etc. that will fetch you extra points.

Toluna is s globally reputed survey site. I have also reached the minimum points and claimed my voucher. It was showing as processing for near about 2 months and after sending them reminder, they have paid me the same. So, do not be frustrated. Just wait and see and I hope your voucher will be processed soon. If it has passed more than 1 month after your claiming, you can contact them as a reminder. Wish you all the best.

Toluna used to have a PayPal option but that has now disappeared. It now seems to be all vouchers and no cash options. It also seems that you DON'T get an email when your voucher is ready. You need to check the site from time to time.

@indi15, you are most welcome. So, just wait and see and I also hope that you will get it soon. Toluna gave me Indiatimes Voucher Code to redeem on Indiatimes Shopping. As far as I know, they do not send cash. Because I have been converted to Toluna from CIAO India survey company.

I joined this site a some time back. This is the first time i have reached the minimum point level to get rewarded. You need to complete surveys, take part in voting, answer questions. As my reward i still in process, i have not received them so can not say they pay or no.
