And work is actually the reason..

I can't sleep thinking about work, thinking I have to get up and get ready for my next shift. It really sucks.
I'm more inclined to pinning myself in the middle of the bed during working days, and acquiring the much needed energy during weekends. It's not normal, I know, but I think it's just because work is really hazardous to our health. The government should really approve more vacation leaves than usual. Has anyone of you experience this as well? Feel free to share your experiences here.

It is always hard to get up in the morning and start working. Anyway, I usually do my best to motivate myself somehow. Breathing exercises help some days, coffee does too, thinking of the money I will be earning is often a great motivation too. Though, I definitely would not mind more vacation time, especially if I kept getting a salary for those free days ...

Paid vacation leaves really are golden.
I don't usually do breathing exercises anymore. I used to when I attended this yoga class (for chic
). I can still remember how to do those, maybe I'll try it some time.
