Aren't advertisements crazy?

So I was watching these commercials and a Beauty Skin Cream commercial popped up. The tagline was that it gives you skin better than beauty treatments and injections. I also go through the stuff written in the bottom of the screen as I find it somewhat funny. And guess what? It was!!! It said in small letters that it was NOT comparable to beauty skin treatments and injections. I mean, isn't it funny? You can try to sell things off as anything else and write in the bottom that you are not responsible or it isn't true? Like I build a car without an engine and show it competing (and winning) against a Veyron. And in the bottom I say that the sequences depicted aren't real or true.
