Hi there mylotters missed you all anyway am back and ready for your discussions which are just (wow a lot of new stuff here, Nice) anyway as i started my morning i read an article regarding social deprivation that eventually leads to a less productive mind according to the health magazine a person that has less interaction with people tends to weaken his mental faculties as age progresses and are much much more prone to Alzheimer, dementia and other mental health issues. The reason to that is that if a person is at least somewhat socially active this person let's hormones in the brain like endorphins hep his brain relax and have less stress eventually lessens the aging factor of the brain and also we tend to receive information and make are brain work more efficiently we we converse or interact with others lessening the chances of our brain dulling in the process. So bottom line is that we should at least have some kind of social even if we are too busy at anything that we do to keep us not only sharp but to also lessen our aging for maybe just a bit....
