if you desire that someone express love by telling you 'i love you' that may not be true love. someone who truly love you will never tell you that he loves you, because he believes in making you feel his love rather than making you hear his love.

Before I met the love of my life I would have thought the same. All that is needed is for me to Show how much I love him and he shows me. But I was wrong. It is true I feel his love but it is special to hear him say " I love You" It fills me with joy. I tell him I love him at least once a day. Love Has a language. And sometimes to hear those three little words is Needed.

So you were saying that "action speaks louder than words"
Yes, i agree partly on that.
However, love needs expression and saying "i love you" is one expression.
I always want to say " i love you" to the one I love, because,I don't want to regret words left unsaid.

Words are not enough to let them feel how much you love a person. Words can't measure love. It needs action which will determine how sincere you are when saying you love a person. My boyfriend always say he loves me so much. Along with that he always hugs me and kiss me. I like it. I feel the love.

I also believed on that 'though I know most people still wants to hear the words "I love you" coming from the lips of their partner. But for me I am okay even I won't be told this lines. I will know it from how one treat me and show his love for me. In fact, an 'ex' asked me how come I never say I love you to him. I told him that this word is just so easy to say yet so hard to prove. I think he felt like I slapped him with those words or something coz he used to say those words to me... one friend told me he saw him holding hands with another girl... i didn't confronted him about it because anyway I still don't love him, i just liked him... so I guess I was right not falling for him... coz he just says those words maybe to some other girls too.

hello chouks!
yes,i agree with you but i think some would still love to hear the word 'i love you". I believe in the power of words but sometimes telling "i love you" is just a lie. I have watched a movie entitled "He is cool". The main actor here is the king of a known ganster and he is very cruel but to the one girl he loves, he is so thoughtful. he never say " i love you" to that girl but he really proved after how many years that he loves the girl. He came back and proposed to the girl saying "True love requires no words."
