Many times people follow formality in a very strict sense. And if someone tries to be liberal they just get angry and then begin to scold by repeating the same observation of having committed act which according to that particular person is wrong. Many time they hold very strict disc ipline and will not tolerate any deviation. Some go to the extent of giving big lectures on moral standards. They remember their past, they justify their past ac tion as worthy model to immitate. Then they humiliate the others accusing that their actions are wrong. Anger and hostility go side by side. Do we ever ask what is the utility of being angry and showing hostility. No one likes a hostile behavior nor the angry wards mingled by insults. When a person gets angry then he begins to give bad words or bad adjectives or bad adverbs. It is a great cruelty. Many are the victims of such a treatment. No one like to be near such persons.
