In today's modern trend the effective leadership is lacking they say. Our political governments enjoyed autocratic monarchy. Some Kindoms had democratic monarchy. Then when the monarch was overthrown we have parliamentary type of goverment dependent upon effective groups leaders. Leaders can be political leaders, social leaders or family leaders. What type of leadership do we prefer? Though the autocratic monarchy has been overthrown, there are leaders of different catagory. Some leaders are autocratic and authoritarian leaders. Some leaders are democratic leaders. They like to share power with the coleagues. There are some servant leaders. They only obey the decision taken by the group. Some arfe greatg charismatic leaders who attract the huge crowds with least effort. People search for them . Some are visionary leaders. They dream great visions but seldom implement them. There are transformational leaders. They transform the group with great talents and collaboration. Some leaders give directive leadership. They give only directions, but the group executes. The leaders gives the norms and strictly compels the members to abide by them. Some are consultative leaders. Before taking up any decision, they consult and get advice. The participative leader acts as a common member of the team. He discuses the possible decisions with the team. He takes decision after seeking consensus before coming to a decision. The negotiative leader has his own interest and therefore he negotiates with his team to get their consenses to show that it is a collective decision. The delegative leaders delegate the powers to the team members. He sits down with the members to reason and choose what is best. The teachers have a great role to play in the formation of students' personality

I agree with you. You cannot see utmost leadership today. I much prefer democratic leader. The power should not only come from the high authorities. Hence, the power should be in the hands of the people. Every person should be treated equally. There should be no bias.

A good leader is not a leader who can only give orders and feared by men, but could be a good figure who can delegate and direct all men and can make their generation to be next leader in the future.

I can't see a leaders again in out there, cause most people more act like an officers rather then a leaders. You have to able to see it, the different between a leader and the officer. The definition each of them.

Negotiator and participative leader are the type that suit me. Those type of leader can make the member able to participate without afraid. Unfortunately, there are a lot of leader that is not belong to any you mentioned above. And I want to classify it as anger-based leader. They give us task with freedom to choose (without any direction) but if it is differ from they want, they will angry and told us we are stupid. Sometime they want us to do thing, but when it come the time for them to sign, they do not want because they afraid to take responsibility. Yes they delegate but choose the best with a lot of mutter and complain without any directive to the member. They let the member think which direction is the best.
