i am thinking of doing yoga and meditation classes next year.

i feel like my head is always stressed out. i couldn't even pinpoint a particular cause for it but it always feels full and tired and i always think and think and think. i guess it is life's difficulties but i just want it to stop. i want to be able to breath and relax and enjoy. that's why i am thinking of yoga and meditation as i have read that it helps achieving clearer mind and relaxation. is this really true? have you ever done or are doing it and does it help?

Yes I have heard many good things about it and I would love to do it but for the meditation part I am not sure my mind would switch off enough, I have tried it at home but it doesn't work...

hahaha this actually reminded me of when i tried doing it with my boyfriend before. we were lying down and tried to concentrate but we just ended up laughing

Yoga helps a lot. I'm like you, i think too much and always stressed out. A few months ago i started to do yoga and i feel so much better, i learned to breathe again. Hope you can make it too.
