Having Problem in Blogger with Adsense

Hello guys. Yesterday I logged in to blogger and when I click the earnings tab, what I can see in there is the sign up for adsense page and when I view my blog the ads from adsense isn't there. But just this morning, I logged in again and I can see my earnings. I'm glad with that but now, it shows the sign up for adsense again but the ads in my blog from adsense is still there in my blog. Do you experience this too? What could be the cause of this? Please help. I'm afraid that I will lost my adsense account and won't be able to signed up again.
