Meditation

Now a days due to stress life's people are advised to do meditation regularly. But what exactly meditation means? Sitting in one place calmly ,focusing on one particular object and thinking about God? This is not what meditation means. Many of the institutes are guiding wrongly and making money for themselves. Actually why do we go for meditation or yoga. These kind of institutes are attracted by those people who are under going through some problems, stress,strain, mental depressions etc.. God never said to the people to think and care for him. Infact no one has seen god. It is that one should believe in him that he exists in some or the other form. God has sent us on to this earth to perform our duties. Many institutes will teach that in meditation try to forget about all and yourself. That is entirely wrong. That kind of peace is temporarily. It last's till you sit in that meditation. Meditation is being awareness. In meditation one should try to make their mind blank, total zero. Then try to feel the sensations of your body. Make a flow chart about your life. Put all your problems, sorrows, happiness in a flow chart in your mind. Try to recollect all the people related to you. Think about your work flow, your expenses. Then try to corelate and find solutions. Try to find out where you are wrong and right. Then try to speak to god, as though you are standing infront of him. One should try to solve their own problems. Everyone has got equal brain. But the only thing is people wont use it properly or they don't know how to solve their problems. And some people are guided in a wrong way. The power of being awareness should continue through out the day even though you are not in meditation. Awareness means getting relax, feel of your existence, making your mind cool, trying to keep yourself happy, removing negative thoughts, one who is able to decide what is right and wrong, capable of taking their own decisions, one who tries to findout alternative solutions instead of worrying about the problems, one who thinks about preventive and corrective actions to be taken. Why do people sit in the middle of the dome shape room and perform meditation. why do they sit in lotus shape. why to close eyes. To me God is Sun. It is that sun who come in the morning and wake up us to do our duties. The energy which we possess in the morning , wont find in the evening. It is that energy within our body making us to complete our daily routine work. And we need some energy. And that energy we are getting from Sun. Now many will ask a question energy we are getting is from food that which we eat. But truly speaking we are eating in the night also but still we cannot do work in the evening as we put our force ,strength like in the morning. So, along with food we need something extra energy , a positive energy and that which we are receiving it from sun. Rays from sun consists of various wavelengths(VIBGYOR). like positive rays, cosmic rays, infrared rays, etc. Except cosmic rays(positive) all the other rays travel in different angles. Only cosmic rays travel in 90degrees. So, when we sit in dome shaped room the cosmic rays travel in 90degrees angle and reach into our brain when we sit in the middle of the room. And all the other negative rays travel in a different angles and spread away when they fall on dome shape roof. Because of its shape those rays deviate. And we fold our legs in lotus shape and sit. Its because of that shape all our nerves reaching brain will be under our control. And we can concentrate more. That is the reason why temples, church, mosques roofs are in dome shape. One should observe that when we enter into such places , we feel very calm and peace. As that kind of rooms have more positive charge. In the olden days people use to construct huts in dome shape. But now a days everything has become technology. That is the reason why pyramids are constructed in triangle shape and the dead bodies are burried in the middle. They feel that bcoz of positive charge they are connected directly to heaven. One should do meditation not to forget everything. One should do meditation to be aware of their presence and fill with positive charge. Meditation in simple words is charging yourself with positive rays. I will be glad for the comments on this topic.

If you meditate daily you will definitely feel better physically and mentally. It has helped me a lot.

Interesting Discussion. Good topic and great ideas. Did you find out all those yourself. Then you are a genius! But isn't it possible to store energy in us so we can work alike in night also? Thanks for sharing anyway!
