Balanced Diet?

Health is wealth. It is very important for a human being to have good health. Good health is the source of our power and strength to our everyday routines in life. Without possessing good health, surely we cannot function to our works properly.
One of the best way to maintain healthiness is to have a balanced diet. I am just curious if what is that balanced diet? In what way can we achieve a balanced diet?

Well, there is a food pyramid and that is what I will usually follow when I am trying to keep my family eating a balanced diet. You need to consume about 6-11 servings of whole grains a day, 5-8 servings of fruits and vegetables in a day, 2-3 servings of protein in a day and then you need to keep sweets and fats in moderation, but they are still able to be eaten.
Following these basic guidelines will keep you in a balanced diet.

I know that possess a good health does help us therefore earn wealth.Everybody might know this, but this indeed need us to pay attention to healthy diet,eat more fruits and vegetables,less fat and hot food.Plus,enough exercise is also really important.lol,hopefully this will help.I think exercise is the key element.

My parents told me that avoiding junk foods is part of balance diet and i believe that balance diet is very effective for a good health because in the ancient history oldies said that many people can reach the age of 100+ because junk foods is not yet invented at that time.

A good balance diet is fallowing the food pyramid and drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Working out for 30 minutes and eat a health snake inbeween meals.

"health is wealth" as the famous quotes says. following a really planned balanced diet is just work for you body, mind and soul, because an good diet nurtures our mind and proliferates thoughts. for diffent body a different set of diet is planned and if anyone one who follows it its rejuvenates his life. if we a talk about a natural balance diet it must be of 40% carbohydrates, 40% proteins, and rest 20% is for the lipids , nutrition and vitamins.

I agree with you. Our health is very important. It is good for us to eat healthy food and exercised. It's not always easy because their are so many good tasting goods. But when we do we feel better about ourselves. We can eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

Balance diet is eating foods which are good to your helth. Not too much not too less meaning we only take what is necessary. Everything that is excessive will be bad for our health.
