Best Cooler For Laptop

i have hp compaq laptop brands, laptop is very hot during use fast, I want to ask if there is a good cooler for this laptop. I've been using a fan cooler under the laptop. even if it's too hot I added a fan to cool.

I know it sounds crazy but a laptop shouldn't be used on a lap. Your clothing blocks the air intake and the chip overheats and cuts out.
If you have to work on your lap then put a book on your knees first and then the laptop on top of the book.
