Is cashdelight.com is a legitimate site??

hello guys..i recently came to know about a site named cashdelight.com..this site is one of the oldest ptc site and indeed it is a paying one.But i also come to know there are a few problems about the sites that challenges it's legitimacy.So i am in a fix to join it or not.Can anyone can suggest me what to do?If you have any information or having experience about the site please let me know about this.I am waiting for responses.
