maintain stomach full by eating healthy food

As we know that to lose our weight, we must eat fewer calories than our body needs. However, this doesn't necessarily mean that you have to consume lesser food than usual.One of the tricks is by replacing our favorite dishes with lower calorie ones. And it means we must add more fruits and vegetables in place.Fibers contains in fruits and vegetables will add volume to your dishes, so you can eat the same amount of foods with fewer calories due to most fruits and vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories.However, some of us feel those fruit not keep us from hunger more than other foods.How to keep our stomach full by eating those healthy food?

hi, it because fruits and vegetables are really healthy they are also very fast to digest because they are known as fiber too,and aside from that it will make us more healthy when we always eat and full our stomach with very healthy food.

You are absolutely right about keeping or stomach full with low calorie food so that we don't eat too much.Eating only fruits will however make you hungry within a short amount of time because,they are easily digested.One method is to drink plenty of water before eating so that you will eat less.Also add large fiber containing foods in your diet like oat meal,banana etc.This will not only make your stomach full but also take away toxins from your intestine and give you free loose stools.To prevent from rapid hunger due to faster digestion,take carbohydrates that release sustained energy for a prolonged amount of time such as wheat.
