Do you think Smart loader is thief?

I am a smart sim card user for about 10 years already.. they also sending me some alerts about unlimited texts and everything.. if I registered to that particular promos, God! I just can't use it easily, I am also having a hard time calling, texting and it always end up calling the customer service..I hate it but I can't change my sim card because all of my friends are also using it.. changing it will be very difficult.

They are not theif. but they just allowed certain location or load or area for one of their promos. if they will give their hands they will not give all arm for us consumers to use. many people are using it so the area or the location is getting crowded that's why you cannot use much even if you want to..

Hi. If you are registered to an unlimited call or text promo, smaller bandwidth is given. Bandwidth is the amount of data it can carry for a period of time. Meaning, if you are unlimited they will give you smaller bandwidth because there are so many users who registered to it also. Try calling without using any promo I assure you that you can reach the receiver easily. This is what I learned from my teacher and I also want to share it. I hope you'll understand my point.
