Attributes of a Successful Leader

In a group, the most important part falls into the leader. He/She is the one managing a particular group or team. Without an effective leader, a team may fall apart. My dear friends and fellow mylotters, what do you think are the attributes of a successful leader? In my own opinion, the attributes of a successful leader are unwavering courage and being a responsible one. He or she without no doubt must fight for his/her team, do his/her best for the sake of the fulfillment of the missions and visions of their team.

Leaders have to be able to moderate pretty much any situation and really keep a cool head. They are going to rather deal with a variety of people, with varying skills and dare I say it, varying maturity. There are going to be a lot of times where leaders are going to need to assign responsibilities based on strengths and do it evenly.
Also an acceptance that they might not always be the one's that know the best. They need to take feedback from all members of the team and consider it. Perhaps it does have some validity. They need to be able to compromise, which can be a tricky situation to say the very least. There are many qualities to a successful leader and these are just a few of the more important ones.

I think that there are many characteristics that are important to a successful leader. I think that a successful leader needs to be someone that is not opposed to change because there are a lot of times that changes are needed for success. I also think that a successful leader needs to be someone that is not afraid to accept suggestions from those people that are under them. Finally, I think a successful leader needs to be someone that those that are under them are able to trust.

A successful leader must be the one who must do welfare of the people on the basis of the people needs and requirements. He should be the who who should 
understand the mind of the common people without hearing from others. He should be kind-full,loving, intelligent.
These are the some of the attributes a good leader must have and without this simple base a ruler cannot be a good leader and this is the reason why Kerala is so!
