Problem with 'Hit2hit'.

I have, of late, joined some Traffic Exchange sites for promotion of my blog. I am not sure how they work or whether they can increase traffic to a blog. But in the hope of some benefit, I have, of late, joined a few of them. Unfortunately, so far I have not noticed any significant change in the number of visitors to my blog. It may be so that I have not been so far able to use it properly in order to get the desired result out of them and I personally attribute this factor as a reason behind my failure. I like to get information of one of the sites which is ‘Hit2hit’. I hereby try to explain the problems or difficulties I face here. After logging in the said site, I have the following experience- When I click on ‘My Text Links’ , I find I have no links and I am directed to add a link to assign impressions and convert credits. There is a provision for adding links with the following features in it as follows- ‘Link Name’, ‘Link URL’ which is stated to be the URL for the ink-No HTML and ‘The Link Text’- The Link people see 26 characters Max - No HTML! When I click on ‘My Banners’, I see the following provisions for adding – Add New Banner , Banner Name : Banner URL : - This is the actual banner - No HTML! Banner Target URL : - This is the site that people go to when they click your banner - No HTML! When I click on ‘Assign Credits’, I see I have 587.5 credits in my account. In the column for assigning the credits to the following site, I have clearly mentioned the URL address of my blog but do not know what to do with the other two, Current Credits and Assign. After that I find another section titled as ‘Auto-Assign Your Credits’. It shows the following- 0% must be auto-assigned. Currently 100% is being auto-assigned. Here also I have clearly mentioned the ‘URL’ and ‘Site Name’ of my blog and in the ‘Aut0o-Assigned’ section I have mentioned 100 %. In this context, I like to mention that my blog title is –Homoepathic Didi and its URL address is:www.homoepathicdidi.blogspot.com. Can anyone help me?
