both mother and father have their uniques role in building up the children statue, mother teaches child what love is and father teaches what world is...mother teaches the moral value in life while father depicts the " cycle of life". whats yous call who plays what kind of role in your life.

My parents actually didn't play much of a role in my life. It bothered me for a long time but as I grew older I realized how blessed I was to be raised by my grandparents. They weren't wealthy but they were rich with knowledge and a ton of love for me. I am so fortunate that they were kind enough to care for me. I have to say they were my best friends in the world. Take care.

I'm really close with my mother and my father but I think I'm better friends with my dad. I have plenty of things in common with both of them but me and my dad agree on much more things and overall have the similar interests. We both love TV and my mom is passive about it. Me and my mom share a love for art that my dad doesn't have like us, I think thats the biggest thing we have as a common interest. I have plenty of laughs with both of them but I think more with my dad.

I have always been closer to my mother than my father. It was just how it always was though both of my parents played a teaching role in my life. It is the same with my daughter except she is a daddy's little girl. I was a major teacher for her but it was always daddy that gets all the love and afection lol.

I would say that my mother is my best friend. She is a very understanding mom. She never judge or complaint. My father is also a good person, but I am very closed with my mother. I always asked her suggestion on the things that I was gonna do in my life. I felt attached to everything what she though and wanted me to do in my whole life.

Both my mother and father are very important in my life. They have helped me become what I am today. I can say that my mother is closer to me as i feel free to share anything and almost everything with her. This is because there is a comfort level between us. In the case of my father...he is a loving and caring person and is a little strict and a well disciplined man. So sharing things with him is a bit difficult. I feel Girls are close to their fathers and boys are close to their mothers. But it can also be the other way around. At least I'm lucky to have both my parents. Some people have single parent and some are orphan... I really feel sorry for them.

My mother would have to be because she is the one who is closest to me. It surely isn't my father because he's been out of the picture for far to long.

I reckon my mum is my best friend. Daughters tend to bond more with their mothers whereas sons bond with their fathers but it's not always the case though. My mum always stayed home with me since I was a child and she worked at home too so that she could look after me too. My dad worked during the afternoon. So he would take me to school every morning and then once I get home, I won't see him until midnight and I'm always asleep by that time. It's still the same now, my mum stays home and waits for me to get back home from school and I only see my dad most of the time during the weekends. So I guess I'm much closer to my mum. I basically tell her everything actually, I find it more comfortable to talk to her with my problem and then she brings it up with my dad when I'm at school. I still love them equally though. I remember they asked me that when I was 6 years old and I said I loved them both equally! Because I spend more time with my mum, I am more closer to her than my dad. But both has taught me very important morals and I am glad that they are my parents.

Well my best friend is certainly my mom.. My dad is a very nice persona and is close and supporting but I still am more free , more comfortable and also share everything with my mom. However busy she is , she calls me daily adn we speak about our day. I cant expect the same thing from my dad as he is a very busy man and our conversations are comparitively limited.. So I would say my mom is closest to me and she is my friend philosopher and my guide..
