Breast implant might gone wrong, French government warned

That might be most women's worst nightmare, if you knew that your breast surgery might gone wrong, I mean breast enlargement surgery; would you rather take the silicone out of your breast, and never attempt a second surgery? According to news, French government would sponsor $78 million to help 30,000 women who most likely affect by this breast implant, the silicone, after tested and scanned, will most likely rupture, or leak silicone to the internal body, which might be fatal. These silicone was made by one particular French company, and it is off the market now. Other European nation, like Great Britain, there were 40,000 women also had done such surgery. In South America, Brazil has some number of women also done it too. That is kind of scary news for those women in the past years who gone through enlarged their breasts. I just wonder would it be too hard to accept a natural breast? Is a bigger one always better?
