When you face to difficult , do you like choosing " Escape " or " Face to it"

hello, When I am in a difficult situation i usually try to face it and i will do my best to make it but if I cant really solve that problem. Well, that's the time I will try to escape. They said that you better face your problem because not all the problem is the solution of escaping. And it is honestly true.
