My back ache so much :-( As much as i want to put the thermostat of the airconditioner in the low cool, i have to just wear a sweatshirt instead.I am not so happy sleeping with aircon on but my daughter needs to be in cool place to prevent her from sweating. And since she is sleeping here with me,i need to keep the aircon on and face this back ache until she is on her own room to sleep :-( .Which i think will take two months or more or until she has recover. How will i live in Snow city if only aircon can make my back ache so much? :-( Have you any experienced like this?

Hi tamirs I also need AC - right now we don't have it at home but hopefully once everything's done at home which might take some more months we can have it fixed. Like your daughter I feel better sleeping with AC on but like you sometimes it gives me back ache I guess you should just put some ointment in your back, wear some socks and cover your while body with blankets. That's what I do before. I have a thick blanket covering my whole body including my head and I'll have a really nice sleep. belated Merry Christmas and advanced happy New Year dear!

hello tamirs, I understand about it my dear. I do not experience backache when the weather is too cold or inside an airconditioned room. My problem is, my feet becomes too cold and numb and my palm begin sweating, then, if the cold is really too much my palm turn blue- this is due to some minor heart problem. This is one problem for me too- for sure I will not survive in north pole. take care of your health then

Why can't your daughter sweat? I would think it would be good for her to be running outside and getting fresh air, even though it is warm air. I would turn the air down. It is not good for any of your to be sleeping in a cold room. Why can't she have her own room. I thought she was recovering nicely. There is a difference between snow and air conditioning. Air conditioning takes the humidity out of the air. Snow puts the dampness back in the air at times.

hi tamirs B'lated Merry Christmas and advance New Year. (I did not copy this one from godmom) Why are you in a sweatshirt when the AC doesnt suit you? Or at least get covered inside a warm blanket(if your dear daughter is okay with that). I mention this because I have been following your discussions and they have conveyed all of us a message that you Love your daughter (which is really great) but dear, you have to be careful of your health too just because you are caring much for your daughter. Take care dear. The Arthritis that I have doesnt allow me any AC and i have a painful back, painful elbows, knees and fingers... just in this wintery season without AC

Hubby Professor Bhuwan was in your country, he talks about the snow city at times, here in india we have one in south india, our son works in that city, we had gone for sight seeing, but we avoided the snow city as our twin grandsons, and grand daughter were with us. We need to be careful about kids. Thanks for sharing. Happy posting, cheers. Kalyani

Hi there mirs, for me it depends upon the temp of the AC. And the longer period it will help to us. During this season of Christmas it is convenient for me and my son to have A/C on for about 2 hours in the night and then when in off the fan will work after. We are in the middle of the hot and cold situation and it feels great while we take a good night rest. anyhow the weather to date is good not like in hot summer season that we need to have the room cold. Snow city i think will work for me on one day event. Since the temp there for sure will be about -3deg. and the jacket was needed to be very comfy for the place. Same with you i cant live in a snow place like north pole. even Santa was there. Belated Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year to us..
