I want to know the procedure to apply the admission in to Degree program in Singapore
universities
what are the marks and qualifications for Students?

Well that is a really hard question. Wanting to study in Singapore has never been that easy because aside from being expensive. It also has a high standard of living. I would recommend visit the website of Singapore Polytechnic because it is the easiest way a foreigner could have a student visa studying there rather than a lot of private schools there in SG. You are welcome! Yes there are but then the Government imposed it to the citizens of Singapore only and not even PR or Permanent Residency people are able to get it. But you may really try it for yourself whenever you are there already. Opportunities are just all there! You just have to choose the best one for you.

I advice you to go to the nearest Singapore embassy in your area and find out what are the qualifications for you to apply a student visa. Goodluck
