This fruit has been quite widely promoted by some companies but, Cancer Research UK say: "We do not support the use of graviola to treat cancer. Our advice is to be very cautious about believing information or paying for any type of alternative cancer therapy on the internet."

The people who promote this kind of falsehood are those who seek to make money by artificially inflating the price of such products and also those who just follow them like sheep dazzled by the 'amazing' properties which are completely wrongly stated.
If you believe such websites without doing proper research yourself, you are simply a poor fool. If you are promoting such things in order to make money, you are merely a mountebank and a snake-oil seller.
I respect MY opinion because I have done some very simple research on trusted websites. How much can you respect YOUR opinion?
