Holiday Decision Weight Loss - Losing weight after the Holidays

I knew a lot of people have gain weight after the holidays. There are so many weight loss tips you can find over the net but I would like to know other people's personal weight loss strategies after the holidays to keep those weight down. What could be the most effective one?

i am agreed with you. drink a lot of water, eat an apple and 5-6 almonds every morning in empty stomach. and have controlled and balanced diet.

Sure there were lots of it on the internet, but sometimes it's all too confusing which ones are effective. So for me, cutting the carbs and eating less rice is still the best way. Plus of course do some walking or exercise.

Hi, i think to prevent gaining too much weigh in holidays, we should not control our appetite in the front of the delicious foods, i mean just not overdo it. And don't spend holidays without moving, if we keep us busy travelling or shopping, that is walking all day, we can't put on too much weigh, it is better to prevent from gaining too much weigh than finding ways to shake off those fat after holidays.

I come back to my normal diet.I don't continue to indulge on excess food as we do during festivals or holidays.I start my regular exercise schedule.I find that after a few weeks i slowly start reducing weight and coming back to my normal weight range.

Well, I believe that "prevention is better than cure" since it is easier to gain weight than lose it- even in the holidays you should watch what you eat. Just eat more fruit salads or healthier food and not just ham and lechon(grilled pork)?. Or you can just lose them by exercising- jogging or walking daily for 30 minutes.

Yeah, me too really need to lose those holiday extra pounds. For me having daily exercise like jogging or brisk walking at least 30 minutes will flush away those extra pounds. Less carb can help a lot too.Drink a lot of water and eat fruits and vegetables;)

for me it's no carbs after frst meal :D and i'm still eating until i'm full but without combination of carbs with proteins i'm loosing weaight very fast :D anyway it's my each day diet :D and in 2 weeks i've lost the 5 kg i wanted to lose, after christmas my weight go up by 2 kg and now i'm already back to my weight :D
