is it good for our health to have more fruits?

my friends told me that it is good for us to have more fruits and it good for our health, epecially for girls. some of my female friends even only have one meal per day, and they only have lunch, they just eat fruits at morning as breakfast and supper. they said fruit can help them to keep fit and they are scared to be fat, also fruits is good for their skin. is this true?

your friend advice is correct one.we eat more fruits,surely we can get good healthy life.most people agree that eating fruit is good for our health.fruits are help to reduce our more diseases.people who eat lots of fruit of rare diseases such as diabetes,heart diseases etc.fruit also supplies your body with the nutrients needed to repair to cells and to fight many infections.so take more fruits and get healthy long life.

Your friends are doing the wrong thing. They will just become thinner if they will just eat mainly fruits. Supplement also the body with other vitamins and minerals, protein and carbohydrates with the right amount. That is what we call a healthy living diet.

Different kinds of fruits have different health values. For me, orange is a favorite. I drink orange juice every morning at breakfast time, as a source of Vitamin C. And that is very good for preventing catching cold. From time to time, I also eat orange fruit.

Of course fruit is very good for our body. It gives all kinds of vitamines depending what fruit you are eating. But you cant live by only eating fruit. I think you need at least 2 times a nice meal on a day and for the rest you can eat what you want. I do eat 3 times a day and sometimes eat fruit or something else between it. Im a very good soccer player so you see i have enough energy and i am a very tall person, idk if this is genetic but i eat good.

Sure it's true. Fruit are a big part in one's health. It's full of vitamins, minerals and other goodies. Fruit also strenghtens you immune system, the more you eat, the likely less chance you get a cold or other type of disease. And naturaly, fruit are delicious, enjoy every minute of them. :)

absolutely fruits and vegetables are the most essential part of the body that will maintained its equilibrium plus water. We need to eat fruits because it contains Vitamins and minerals.like orange(vitamin C for protect/resistance) yellow-orange(for sight) and so many other nutritious fruits.

it seems fruits provide the essential vitamins and minerals for our body. Also fruits do not have unwanted substances found in e.g. red meat. What do you think ?

How much it can be true ,just u think over it.Only one meal and other time only fruit,how can that be a healthy thing,how many do really follow that,are fruits so cheap that we can consume more of it.Just eating a balanced diet will be doing good for anyone.Not only fruits or more fruits.
