exercise is best for our health

Are you an exercise buff. With time with the gym and other health clubs. Here in the place I work there are different groups doing their exercises, aerobics, tai-chi and other form of exercises. If I have the time, it is usally in the morning starting at 5:00 am and ended at about 8:00 am. I do join them but not so often. It is an open exercise area so lots of people join them and its nice. But due to work schedule I dont find much time to join them. But I do prefer exercises out in the ground and not insise airconditioned rooms. Sweating under the open air and under the sun is much better than sweating inside an airconditioned room. Do you do your exercises and where do you usually do it. Happy Holidays to all.

I wish I could be active enough to do more exercise but I am so lazy, and I love the computer so much, I just don't have the time to exercise and 5am is just not an option for me, I hate mornings.

Please do exercise, there are some inside room exercise that you can do. Please log in to your computer on indoor exercises and you will find so many. It is good for your health. Happy New Year!
